Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of significant multi-team technical programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will own execution from kickoff through launch while building strong relationships with engineering, product, and business partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making, running standups and program syncs to keep programs on track
• Translate technical program status into stakeholder updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-team delivery programs involving engineering teams of 20 or more
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data systems
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and program-level tracking tools
• Foundational AI skills and understanding of how AI can improve outcomes in technical program management
