Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the OASIS platform's engineering program, implementing best practices
- Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, capturing timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Collaborate with Product Management to align on business needs, technical requirements, and development priorities
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based release trains
- Good understanding of AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation technologies
