Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain documented program plans for assigned accounts, ensuring all milestones and risks are tracked
- Drive customer implementations from kickoff to production, coordinating across engineering, product, and support teams
- Own renewal outcomes and establish trusted advisor status with customer stakeholders through regular business reviews
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations with direct customer-facing accountability
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into specific, actionable engineering deliverables
- Experience owning commercial renewals and retention outcomes without carrying a formal quota
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, under-defined environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
