Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Focused on program delivery within the Security team, the remote Senior Technical Program Manager will lead enterprise security programs, manage cross-functional coordination, and develop detailed program plans while ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise security programs, including vulnerability management and incident response readiness
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent security initiatives
• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, legal, and third-party vendors to ensure timely implementation of security controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years managing security-focused programs
• Strong understanding of security domains, including vulnerability management and incident response
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
