Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading a multi-quarter portfolio of data platform modernization programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage ingestion and table format migrations, drive cross-team execution, and communicate technical tradeoffs in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead modernization programs for data platforms, including ingestion, table format migrations, and workflow consolidation
- Drive cross-team execution on migrations, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across service owners
- Build and maintain program dashboards to provide leadership with insights on progress, savings, and risks
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex technical programs, preferably in data platforms or infrastructure modernization
- Strong understanding of large-scale data platforms, including batch/streaming pipelines and workflow orchestrators
- Experience in building dashboards and using data insights to drive decisions and validate savings
- Familiarity with data platforms, streaming systems (Kafka, Flink), or open table formats (Iceberg) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
