Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of programs to support the modernization of infrastructure for the EDA ecosystem, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will engage with cross-company partners to enhance operations, guide engineering efforts, and implement data-driven methodologies in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with cross-company partners to shape technical strategy and coordinate execution for seamless EDA infrastructure bringups
- Nurture a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in tooling, automation, and processes
- Guide diverse engineering efforts using agile methodologies across planning, prioritization, and execution
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering and technical program management
- Prior experience with large-scale EDA infrastructure and an understanding of semiconductor design processes
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
