Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end digital turn-up and onboarding of complex AI data center infrastructure, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and optimized delivery of high-performance solutions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution from hardware power-on to production readiness, managing timelines across automated provisioning, compute, storage, and networking setups
- Lead syncs across Network, Compute, Storage, GPU, Platform, and Infra Ops teams to unblock technical issues and align delivery schedules
- Partner with engineering to scope, test, and deploy custom infrastructure architectures while converting client requirements into standardized product offerings
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale infrastructure deployments or technical program lifecycles
- Technical familiarity with AI accelerators, high-speed GPU interconnects, and cluster topologies
- Strong knowledge of data center networks, Linux systems, and distributed storage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or master's degree is a plus
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
