Job Summary

Leading complex network programs, the remote Senior Lead Technical Program Manager will manage high-impact initiatives focused on network security, infrastructure modernization, and engineering excellence while translating technical challenges into executable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex network programs from problem definition through implementation and operational handoff
• Create integrated execution frameworks for initiatives with undefined scope or ownership
• Establish governance and success measures while orchestrating multiple interdependent workstreams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 10+ years of program management experience in technical, network, or infrastructure initiatives
• Broad understanding of telecommunications networks and lifecycle management
• Experience translating ambiguous objectives into executable plans and coordinated workstreams
• Ability to work across technical and business teams, including senior leadership
