Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will operate remotely to drive program delivery across Engineering, Product, and Design while developing frameworks for predictable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team programs from scoping through launch and operational handoff
- Define and maintain planning frameworks, milestone structures, and risk models for program delivery
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers, providing clear recommendations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management experience, with 3+ years managing multi-engineering team programs
- Proven ability to build or improve program management systems and frameworks
- Strong technical foundation to engage with engineering teams and understand architectural tradeoffs
- Experience driving alignment across functions in competitive priority environments
- Clear communicator capable of translating program complexity into executive-level narratives
