Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving the successful delivery of complex technical programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional initiatives remotely, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to align technical execution with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across web, mobile, platform, infrastructure, and data products
- Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and delivery metrics while mitigating program risks
- Establish and track KPIs and success metrics to measure program outcomes and business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience with 2+ years in a Technical Program Manager role
- Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, APIs, and CI/CD practices
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments utilizing frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies
