Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading technology programs and enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage project delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for technology implementations and system integrations, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone plans, and status reports while coordinating closely with stakeholders and technical teams
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting governance routines and ensuring tight schedule management throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in technology implementation or integration projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain a tightly controlled integrated schedule
• Solid understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, and go-live processes
• Experience working with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor organizations
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
