Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the technical strategy and execution for NVIDIA's Forward Deployed Engineering engagements, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage multi-party collaborations, automate program workflows, and ensure successful delivery from concept to production in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for FDE engagements and serve as the main point of contact for NVIDIA, partners, and customers
• Automate program processes using AI agents, including status updates and risk management, to enhance team efficiency
• Define repeatable processes and artifacts for engagements, collaborating with legal and partner teams to clear blockers and drive delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in technical program management, solutions architecture, or related fields, with experience leading complex multi-party programs
• Working knowledge of the LLM post-training lifecycle and practical experience with Python and cloud infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience using AI agents for program management and the ability to validate their outputs
• Experience shaping SOWs and agreements, with a proven ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively
