Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of multiple technical programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will partner with remote development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and facilitate Agile processes while proactively managing risks and obstacles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical programs supporting the AI platform
- Organize and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain clear timelines and expectations with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and potential delays to ensure timely delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product or technology organization, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing technical programs or projects, particularly in software development
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating sprint ceremonies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degrees or certifications in program management are a plus
