Job Summary
Leading critical programs across software, hardware, and tooling, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will drive planning and execution of AI inference initiatives while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and executive reporting across multiple inference programs
- Partner with engineering leads to align library development with hardware timelines
- Coach teams on agile practices and implement improvements to enhance delivery quality and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience with 10 years in global technical program leadership
- Solid knowledge of software engineering methodologies and hardware bring-up processes
- Proficiency with Scaled Agile frameworks and program tracking tools
- Demonstrated ability to resolve resource conflicts and drive organizational alignment
- Clear communication skills for both technical and business audiences
