Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery lifecycle for enterprise customer implementations, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage complex projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure project timelines and scopes are met
• Lead technical design discussions and manage integration architecture, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and operational readiness
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer program leadership, managing expectations and facilitating communication throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager at a top-tier technology company, managing large, cross-functional programs
• Strong technical background with experience in software engineering or solutions architecture, capable of leading design reviews
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations, particularly in regulated environments such as healthcare
• Exceptional written communication skills, able to distill complex information into clear, actionable narratives
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating a bias for action and ownership
