Job Summary
Owning the delivery of OpenMined's flagship initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage timelines and dependencies across product, engineering, research, and partnerships teams in a fully remote role based in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery end to end for flagship initiatives, from quarterly goals to milestones and release dates
- Design and continuously improve project management practices tailored for an AI-native team
- Integrate AI into project management processes to enhance tracking, reporting, and risk detection
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of technical project or program management experience with complex software delivery
- Demonstrated experience in building or rebuilding a project management practice that teams actively use
- Experience shaping project management for AI-native teams and adapting processes as workflows evolve
- Technical foundation with a degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software engineering
- Proficient in using engineering trackers such as Linear, Jira, and GitHub to design team workflows
