Job Summary
Driving the delivery of significant multi-team technical programs, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will own execution from kickoff through launch while collaborating with engineering, product, and business partners in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making, ensuring programs remain on track through regular meetings and updates
- Identify and escalate delivery risks early, leading retrospectives to drive continuous process improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-team delivery programs involving engineering teams of 20 or more
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS product delivery cycles
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and program-level tracking tools
- Foundational AI skills and the ability to understand AI applications to improve outcomes
