Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the technical side of partner integrations, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage the end-to-end integration process, serve as the primary technical contact for partners, and ensure partner products succeed in customer environments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program for new integrations, including technical scope, specifications, and launch readiness
• Serve as the primary technical contact for partner engineering and solutions teams throughout the integration lifecycle
• Manage documentation and enablement materials to support internal teams and ensure integration health

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or related fields with direct ownership of external-facing technical work
• Demonstrated ability to drive engineering execution through influence and credibility without direct authority
• Deep practical fluency with REST APIs, authentication patterns, and data mapping
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing clear and reliable documentation
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in workflow processes with a focus on verifying output
