Job Summary
To support a Responsible AI program within a large enterprise technology environment, the remote contract Senior Technical Program Manager will manage technical development, automation, and operational improvements while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Independently manage technical initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and support
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including troubleshooting solutions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions
- Strong program and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and deliver results with limited oversight
- Experience developing operational dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
