Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of significant multi-team technical programs, the full-time remote Senior Technical Program Manager will manage execution from kickoff through launch while fostering strong relationships with engineering, product, and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making through regular standups, program syncs, and steering reviews
• Translate technical program status into concise updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-team delivery programs involving engineering teams of 20 or more
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS product delivery cycles
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and program-level tracking tools
• Foundational AI skills with an understanding of how AI can improve outcomes in technical program management
