Senior Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Acting as the primary client-facing lead, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions, ensuring commitments are met on time and within scope while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication as the primary client-facing lead
- Own end-to-end project delivery, maintaining visibility into technical and business workstreams
- Establish and improve delivery processes, governance, and reporting mechanisms
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar technical delivery leadership role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles
- Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development or systems integration
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycle concepts
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and distributed teams in client-facing environments
