Senior Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a critical infrastructure initiative, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage frontline engineering escalations, coordinate project execution across teams, and oversee supply chain activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline support for engineering escalations and manage user help systems
- Execute projects across the central ads capacity program and internal infrastructure teams
- Coordinate supply chain activities between hardware programs and infrastructure partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in infrastructure/data center environments
- 2+ years of public cloud experience with hyperscaler compute/capacity
- Experience in frontline escalation support for engineering or product teams
- Preferred PMI or PMP certification
