Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the delivery and implementation of technical solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Project Delivery Specialist will manage system configurations and upgrades within Epic, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines
• Facilitates collaboration among stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and maintains communication on project status and risks
• Implements change management activities related to technology and data initiatives, focusing on adoption strategies and post-deployment support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field with 4+ years of IT project management experience, or equivalent experience with an associate or high school diploma
• Healthcare experience with Claims systems, Epic systems, or similar systems
• Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC processes and outcomes-based work metrics
