Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Bridging marketing strategy and technical execution, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager and Product Owner will collaborate with Marketing and Marketing Operations leaders to prioritize initiatives across the Marketing SaaS ecosystem and Salesforce customizations while ensuring timely delivery of scalable marketing tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to translate strategies into a prioritized product roadmap and manage the systems backlog
• Develop delivery plans, coordinate resources, and facilitate project meetings to drive end-to-end delivery of marketing technology projects
• Work with system architects and developers to ensure platform feasibility and maintain data hygiene and security compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a PM or hybrid Technical PM/PO role managing software or business systems projects in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of core marketing processes, campaign operations, and lead management
• Proven experience with Salesforce customizations and integrations within a modern Marketing Tech stack
• Ability to discuss API capabilities and interpret system architecture diagrams
• Hands-on expertise running Scrum or Kanban frameworks utilizing Jira and Confluence
