Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized Senior Technical Project Manager (Compliance & Certifications) to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing compliance, security, and industry certification initiatives, including MRC and SOC2 audits, while ensuring alignment across software development and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and structure compliance project plans and trackers in accordance with PMO standards, providing routine progress reports and updates
• Establish clear project plans for audits, translating compliance controls into actionable tasks and ensuring alignment with engineering teams
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, managing evidence gathering and remediation tracking for compliance gaps

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager in a SaaS, Adtech, or software engineering environment
• Proven experience managing projects in alignment with structured PMO frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance timelines while integrating with Agile engineering teams
• Practical experience with SOC2 audits or Media Rating Council (MRC) accreditation processes
• Advanced proficiency in project tracking platforms such as Asana or Jira
