Senior Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
To support complex healthcare initiatives, the contract Senior Technical Project Manager will manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables from business and technology partners meet project schedules while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in the Raleigh-Durham area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives
- Ensure deliverables are produced and approved according to project schedules while managing resources from multiple delivery partners
- Mentor team members and provide feedback to foster a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector, including health plans, insurance, or benefits administration
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Experience leading system implementations or business transformation programs
- Familiarity with governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status required due to client requirements
