Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery and product backlog for the IDRE pod, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage sprints, translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable work, and serve as the primary client contact, all while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run sprints, tracking scope, timelines, and risks to ensure predictable releases
• Translate complex regulatory and client requirements into well-scoped tickets with clear acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is refined ahead of each sprint

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Product Owner in software teams
• Proven track record of running Agile/Scrum delivery for distributed engineering teams
• Strong ability to convert messy business inputs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience managing client relationships, including status reporting and expectation management
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
