Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Technical Project Manager, responsible for managing customer engagement, overseeing internal cross-team projects in IT and security, and handling the pipeline of infrastructure and compliance requests.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to explain technical concepts and guide them through security reviews and compliance requests
• Plan and manage projects across IT, Security, Compliance, Automation, and Infrastructure teams, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation
• Own the pipeline of customer requests, providing regular status updates and reporting on project metrics to improve team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing delivery roles
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security concepts, including compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO/IEC 27001
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong curiosity and capacity to quickly learn and clearly explain new technical topics
• Highly organized with a consistent practice of providing written status updates and follow-ups
