Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support significant growth, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will engage in a six-month contract focused on managing end-to-end technical searches across Engineering, Product, Data, and Security, while experimenting with AI and new recruiting technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical searches from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing
- Partner with technical leaders to develop recruiting strategies and address complex hiring challenges
- Build and engage candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and innovative outreach methods
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Proven success in recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, Data, or Security roles
- Strong advanced sourcing skills with a track record of engaging passive technical talent
- Experience advising technical leaders and managing complex searches independently
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and emerging recruiting technologies
