Job Summary
Owning a full portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, mentor junior recruiters, and drive process improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of senior stakeholders and technical requisitions, becoming a trusted authority on hiring cleared technical talent
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters to improve their independent requisition ownership and candidate experience
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment workflows and practices
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of independently managing full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up to TS/SCI with polygraph
- Experience in coaching other recruiters and fostering their professional growth
- Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions based on data
- Experience in improving recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers
- Genuine interest in applying AI to recruiting practices, with a clear perspective on automation's role
