Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support the growth of technical teams, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact software engineering roles, partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in software engineering and platform development
- Partner with hiring managers to create and implement strategic hiring plans based on talent insights
- Proactively build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and champion inclusive hiring practices
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software or product-centric environments
- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as programming languages and system architecture
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and a passion for building diverse teams
