Job Summary

To support the growth of cloud infrastructure, the remote Senior Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers, and management roles in Data Center Operations and IT Infrastructure across the US, ensuring alignment with hiring managers and building talent pipelines for future site launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical roles within Data Center Operations and IT Infrastructure
• Deliver hiring solutions by sourcing candidates, managing interview processes, and negotiating offers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data center launches and regional hiring campaigns

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience recruiting within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Extensive experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different US regions
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a focus on engaging passive candidates
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment processes
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
