Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Technical Recruiting Contractor to support technical hiring in a remote, flexible contract role of approximately 20-40 hours per week, focusing on building high-quality talent pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience across various technology and product functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage top-of-funnel recruiting efforts and full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent in engineering, data, and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers to ensure efficient search processes and timely decision-making
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
- Proven success in recruiting software engineering and specialized technical talent
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and technical talent assessment
- Experience using AI sourcing and recruiting automation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches effectively
