Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting technical hiring across a growing SaaS organization, the remote Senior Technical Recruiting Contractor will manage top-of-funnel recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while working approximately 20-40 hours per week on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Build high-quality candidate pipelines and manage full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Partner with hiring teams to facilitate efficient searches and provide updates on pipeline health and market conditions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Proven success in recruiting specialized technical talent, including software engineering and cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and experience with AI sourcing and recruiting automation tools
- Ability to assess technical talent beyond keywords and titles, demonstrating sound judgment in candidate evaluation
- Experience working independently and managing multiple searches in a dynamic environment
