Job Summary
To support global expansion and platform evolution, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will operate as a strategic advisor to engineering and executive leadership, managing high-impact technical hiring pipelines and driving talent initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with VPs and Engineering Directors to align talent strategies with business objectives and workforce planning goals
- Manage complex technical requisitions from initial intake to offer structuring and executive closing
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment processes and advise on market trends and compensation movements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or Cloud environments
- Proven track record of managing high-impact hiring pipelines and influencing senior engineering leadership
- Experience designing and executing targeted talent programs or sourcing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency with recruiting tech stacks such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong project management skills to balance multiple hiring initiatives and workflows
