Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end searches for senior product roles, partnering with leadership to design hiring strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Run comprehensive product searches, overseeing the entire recruitment process from role scoping to candidate closure
• Collaborate with executives to define roles, develop search strategies, and ensure an inclusive hiring process
• Utilize data to drive decision-making, refine search approaches, and enhance the quality of product talent acquisition

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments, specifically in senior product hiring
• Deep understanding of tech recruiting, particularly in Product Management and Product Design
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data and market insights
• Experience in architecting structured search processes that yield predictable outcomes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
