Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing Engineering organization, the Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical roles on a 6-12 month contract basis, collaborating closely with hiring managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff and sourcing through offer and close for technical roles
- Partner with Engineering leaders to define role profiles and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Proactively source and engage highly qualified passive technical talent while managing multiple searches
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical/engineering roles
- Proven experience in recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering positions
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive technical talent
- Ability to manage multiple searches independently and adapt to changing priorities
