Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for Software Engineering positions, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will work remotely to identify and engage top engineering talent while collaborating with Engineering leaders to define role requirements and improve hiring strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering roles across various levels and disciplines
- Proactively source and build relationships with passive candidates through diverse sourcing strategies
- Coordinate the interview process and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a technical discipline, or a related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience, particularly in Software Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications
- Experience collaborating with Engineering leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies
