Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing technical recruitment team, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, engage passive candidates, and coordinate the interview process, with options for remote work available.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify and address recruiting challenges throughout the recruitment cycle
- Manage applicant tracking, review resumes, and coordinate the interview process for qualified candidates
- Source top-level talent using various recruiting tools and maintain recruitment records
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least two years of recruiting experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong background in sourcing candidates and compensation negotiation
