Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support Federal IT Business initiatives, the hybrid Senior Technical Recruiter will build strategic partnerships with business leaders, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives and a focus on candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and solutions
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies based on the latest trends and maintain talent pipelines in technical areas
- Manage key metrics to ensure recruitment goals are met and coordinate the selection process for final candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, or 12+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in government contracting
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Aptitude for utilizing research tools and web-based applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated success in a virtual team environment
