Key responsibilities
- Manage top-of-funnel recruiting and full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain diverse candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team to ensure efficient search processes and timely decision-making
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
- Proven success in recruiting software engineering and specialized technical talent
- Strong command of full-cycle recruiting and technical screening processes
- Experience with AI sourcing and recruiting automation tools
- Solid understanding of the structure and roles within technical organizations in a SaaS context
