Job Summary
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will run high-volume screening calls, pitch opportunities to candidates, and quickly move them through the hiring process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening calls with software engineers to assess fit and move candidates swiftly through the hiring process
- Activate the candidate bench and meet tight hiring targets for large engineering teams on short notice
- Source candidates creatively and support other G2i hiring projects as needed
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, specifically hiring software engineers for backend, frontend, and full-stack roles
- Experience staffing large teams quickly, preferably in a consultancy, agency, or IT services environment
- Comfort with high-volume, back-to-back interviewing
- Fluency in English at a C1 level for effective communication with candidates and team members
- Strong closing skills and a pragmatic, flexible attitude during project kickoffs
