Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized technical and professional positions, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will work remotely to support federal government customers by developing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring successful staffing of critical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Recruit for a variety of technical and professional positions, including cybersecurity, engineering, and program management roles
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Five to seven years of technical recruiting experience for candidates with security clearances
- Experience recruiting for government contractors or federal agencies
- Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels
- Knowledge of federal contracting environments and talent pipeline development strategies
