Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for the Research team and senior Engineering roles, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will build outbound pipelines, partner with leaders to define candidate profiles, and utilize data tools to enhance sourcing and candidate experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Research and senior Engineering roles from intake to offer and close
- Develop outbound talent pipelines by mapping talent from labs, academic groups, and tracking industry contributors
- Conduct technical candidate screenings and provide evidence-based assessments to hiring managers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in ML research or engineering roles
- Strong outbound sourcing skills and a network within the ML/AI research community
- Technical fluency to discuss model training and evaluation with candidates
- Proven experience closing senior candidates against competing offers
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern AI sourcing tools
