Owning a full portfolio of senior technical requisitions, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage outreach, maintain communication quality, and leverage AI tools to fill roles efficiently in a remote environment across various U.S. states.
Key responsibilities
- Fill senior technical roles within a 35-day time-to-hire while ensuring quality candidates
- Write and manage outreach campaigns, utilizing data to optimize communication channels
- Review team communications and coach interviewers to maintain high standards in candidate evaluation
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience for senior technical roles in the U.S. market
- Demonstrable writing skills for outreach and candidate communication without the need for revision
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including campaign management and reporting
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and conduct intake and calibration sessions
- Strong data literacy to analyze conversion metrics and make informed recruitment decisions
