Job Summary
To support a growing Fintech company, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in Engineering and Data Science, utilizing AI tools and analytics to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, managing intake, sourcing, assessment, and closing processes
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive, top-tier talent through diverse channels
- Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for hiring speed and quality
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical domains such as Engineering or Data Science
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels for talent engagement
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing and automated workflows
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
