- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as programming languages and system architecture
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for challenging roles in fast-paced tech organizations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse, and using data to enhance recruiting processes
- Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity throughout the hiring process
