Job Summary
Focused on building strong engineering teams, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage 8-10 technical searches end-to-end while partnering with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire recruitment process for multiple engineering and technical roles
- Collaborate with engineering hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights
- Source and engage passive candidates, creating a compelling narrative to attract top talent
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, primarily in-house
- Proven track record of successfully closing senior and staff-level engineering searches
- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, developer tools, open source, or AI companies
- Ability to engage in technical conversations with candidates about their work
- Experience building or improving recruiting processes from the ground up
