Job Summary

Owning a full portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions and become a trusted authority on hiring cleared technical talent
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters, ensuring measurable improvements in their recruitment capabilities
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment workflows and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of independently managing full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up through TS/SCI with polygraph
• Experience in coaching other recruiters and a genuine interest in their professional growth
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions effectively
• Experience in building or improving recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers
• Knowledge of federal contract cycles and how they impact hiring urgency and timing
