Job Summary
To support ASG's AI transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, software engineering, platform, infrastructure, and security roles while building talent pipelines and collaborating with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles critical to ASG's AI transformation
- Build proactive talent pipelines and develop hiring strategies in partnership with engineering leaders
- Conduct technical talent research, including market mapping and compensation benchmarking
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting technical talent in high-growth SaaS or technology environments
- Proven success in hiring software engineering, AI/ML, and security talent at various levels
- Strong technical fluency to assess engineering talent across modern technologies
- Experience developing hiring strategies in collaboration with engineering leaders
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance recruiting processes and research
